By far the most common complaint, of those who gave 3 stars or lower, is with respect to longevity. These customers complained that the device did not last more than a year or was defective on arrival.
Another complaint is that the device is noisy and loud. You cannot be used during online meetings, or watching media, etc. The device is too loud they say.
Compact form means that it is not ideal for taller people, especially at speeds over 4.0 mph.
Overall
Roughly 85% of the reviews were 4-5 stars indicating most were happy with their purchase. It was interesting that noise was mentioned as both a pro and con which may indicate some quality control issues. It was interesting that the compact form was also indicated as both a pro and con.
